Age Restrictions:
7 years and up- earlobes!
13 years and up- basic cartilage piercings, lip piercings, nose piercings
16 years and up- navels and other facial piercings
18+ : You name it, we (probably) pierce it!
What do I need to bring?
A valid photo ID (drivers license, passport, birth certificate with other photo ID)
If under 18 years old- a parent or legal guardian will need to be in attendance. We will need an ID for both the piercee, and the adult. Last names must match, and if they don’t, other forms of ID to prove guardianship (such as an insurance card).
Do I need an appointment?
Nope! But we do suggest them, especially on weekends, to secure your spot. Otherwise it’s first come, first serve!
Can I bring a friend?
Yea! Piercings are more fun when the experience is shared. We do suggest keeping the company to a minimum (unless everyone is getting pierced!). That way your piercer can focus on you and giving you the best piercing possible.
What materials do you use for jewelry?
All of our jewelry is the highest industry standard. We only carried brands that we know and trust. We offer a variety of options in implant grade titanium, niobium, and steel. As well as 14k solid gold and platinum options!
Do you offer warranties?
Yes! All of our jewelry carries a lifetime warranty.
Do you order custom jewelry?
It’s one of our favorite things! If you’ve got something in mind we will work with you to make your jewelry dreams come true!
Can I bring my own jewelry?
If it was purchased from us- totally! Otherwise we can’t make any promises. We will only use jewelry that meets the highest standards for safety. Feel free to bring in what you’ve got and our staff can guide you as to what options are available.
My piercing rejected, I’m allergic to metals, I’m prone to infections. Can I still get pierced?
Absolutely! Healing a piercing is like baking a cake- You’ve gotta have all the ingredients measured correctly! We can guide you towards the proper placement, jewelry size and style, aftercare routine, and any other details that will lead to your piercings healing successfully.
What do I do if I have problems with my piercing?
Let us know! We’ve seen it all- so don’t be shy. We are here to help. We want your piercing to heal just as badly as you do!
